What is Manage SAFE-T Claims?
As a seller, If you think Amazon automatic return is not correct, returned goods are in bad situation, or the customer chose the incorrect return reason, then the seller can open this SAFE-T claim, at this time Amazon will not Automatic refund, and if the seller is given a bad review, Amazon will also help you to remove.
This new Safe-T claim will also be a way for sellers to protect themselves from the buyer's malicious returns. Sellers who have been bitten by abuse of this policy should never have had it again.
However, this feature is only supported by the U.S. site and is still in the testing process, but it is said that it will be launched soon.
Why does this new feature appear?
The Amazon market is complex, and the platform is big, thus, in order to keep a peaceful and equal platform for sellers, this new feature is generated naturally.
Since Amazon introduced automatic return function, many sellers began to abuse this policy in the way of malicious return of goods to compete with competitors.It result in decline in sale, and make some listings unable to sell.
And now, thanks to this new feature, it will give some sellers more chances to appel.

1. expensive items are not applied to automatic return policy.
2. when the customer is the wrong side, the seller can still receive up to 50% replenishment fee.
3. even if Amazon replace the seller to handle the refund, the seller can appeal. But if the seller is wrong, the appeal will be meaningless.
4. The buyers who returned too many goods, will be blacklisted by Amazon.
