2.the way the seller handles the unfulfillable products
The seller can make comprehensive evaluation according to the category, value and damage degree of unfulfillable product, and then choose the treatment method. Common processing methods are: resold after the products repackes by the Amazon FBA warehouse; moved to the overseas warehouse or returned home; or destroyed by Amazon. The seller shall bear the relevant expenses iin handling the unfulfillable inventory.
3. Unfulfillable product repackaging service
With regard to FBA repackaging services, the seller can enable or disable the service at any time in Amazon logistics settings under the return settings. After the option is opened, Amazon will repackage the products, casing containerazation; plastic wrap; bubble wrap; or other packing services for the products returned to the FBA warehouse.
However, not all commodities are in conformity with the standard of repackaging. Amazon FBA stores are evaluated and repackaged only for products damaged by the buyer. And the damage is slightly, such as the breakage of the packaging box, flip open, and so on.If your products meet the requirement of repacking demand, Amazon will repake it and you can sell them again, otherwise, your products will moved into the seller unfulfillable inventory.
At the same time, not all categories of products can on sale after being repackaged, the products alo need to meet the requirements of the categories such as home decoration, kitchenware, pet goods, sports, home, office supplies, car supplies, cameras, wireless, lawn and garden, commercial, industrial and scientific supplies, musical instruments, can be repackaged.
4. charges and operating procedures for removal ( ship to address ) and disposal ( dispose )
If the seller's unfulfillable product still has value, you can choose to remove ( ship to address ) from the FBA warehouse; If there is no value, you can choose to hand it to Amazon for destruction ( dispose ) processing. Both remove ( ship to address ) and dispose ( dispose )need charge, and the charge standard is as follows:
Dispose: standard size of 0.15 USD / unit; Extra dimension 0.3 USD / unit
Remove ( ship to address ): standard size of 0.5 USD / unit; Super – size 0.6 USD / unit

Once the seller has confirmed it, click on " place order" so that it will be removed.
In fact, the seller does not need to wait 10 – 14 business days, Amazon generally will be processed in 2 – 3 business days. At the same time, the seller can query the removal with this order id.
② destroy ( dispose ) unfulfillable product
If the unfulfillable product has been completely scrapped, and has no value, the seller does not want to keep on the unfulfillable inventory, and you can choose to allow Amazon to destroy ( dispose ) processing.
When dispose unfulfillable inventory product, the seller does not need to fill in the address, just select the number to be destroyed in the unfulfillable qty, and click continue. The system will then provide the seller with the corresponding order id, the seller confirmed, and click on " place order ", then the destruction finished.
